There are two areas
which are fundamental for us, in order to achieve
these goals, work with: Regulation’s
Compliance & Corporate Ethic, and the Improvement
of Business Process within a humanistic context.
Business processes are not mechanistic,
they contains thinking human beings. That’s
why is so important to develop a humanistic view of
process. If you take away the activities of the people
in the organization, it will stop – so people
must be doing something important. If we are to deal
properly with human behavior in the organization,
then we need a new approach to business process design
and implementation, because all process problems are
ultimately business problems.
Defective processes results in deficient
business performance. To manage this, the organizations
must work with different interventions that address:
behavior, learning, cognitive issues (skill levels,
work activities, emotional intelligence) and collaboration.
